Could you suggest optimal settings for my PC configuration?
Would be really grateful.

http://testmy.net/upload (if You are from Europe choose the Europe server first)
Choose like 12 MB Test Size and post the results. Also could use some more info like if You are having any Latency/FPS issues in games while streaming etc.

Just from the Log I can suggest You to not go for more than 8 Quality, 7 should be optimal for most games.
For 720p streaming like 2000-2500 bitrate will be more than enough as well.

Your encoding times are good, and 3000 bitrate is great for 720p, though it's recommended to keep your bitrate and buffer the same size.

Everything is fine but i wish i would have more stable FPS ingame.
I will try to put 3000 buffer size and test.

Depending on what game you are playing your CPU might be simply too slow for 720p@30fps and 10 Quality and/or game settings might be too high.
