Question / Help XCapture-1 Issues

So I just got my XCapture-1 in. I've updated the drivers and plugged my PS2 into the breakout cables. The picture pops up just fine on obs BUT it wont passthrough to the HDMI out. I've also tried using my additional composite cables as an out but also, no luck.

Any help here?
 
I don't think it has a built-in converter. You will need to plug in the breakout cables on the other end as well to play on your TV or play through the OBS preview.
