Hey everyone, I'm here to get some help with my XCAPTURE-1. I've noticed that mine doesn't seem to deliver that "true 60FPS" crispness that I got from my Elgato (weird to say that, but true.) I'm a Smash Bros. streamer for MI, so when I asked for people's opinions at tourneys, they say they do notice it's not as fluid as my Elgato, along with there seems to be "stutters" or frame drops/missing from my capture. When I did a little research, I read that it may have been the card's deinterlacing options ruining the capture rate, so I turn those off, but nothing really happened, sadly. People still tell me the quality is great, but I definitely want this to look at pristine as I can get it.
I also noticed that there is some pixelation when I do record/stream and the quality doesn't look as top-notch as I thought it would. I feel like I'm definitely overlooking options or something for me to hinder the quality.
I was wondering if anyone else knows a solution to possibly help. If you need any more information, please do let me know.
