Question / Help Xbox streaming setup help

Hey guys im having trouble getting my setup right for streaming from my xbox one.
At the moment I have my scenes is obs all set up but having trouble syncing my mic and webcam and also cutting background noise from my mic.
I am using a logitech c920 and an auna mic-900 usb mic. I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to messing with audio and what the best set up would be and also im using an avermedia live gamer hd as my capture card.

You can delay the mic using the offset option under Settings > Audio. You can delay the webcam using the buffering option in its source properties window. If you want to reduce mic noise you'll probably need to lower its volume, turn on a noise gate option if it has one, and/or use Settings > Noise Gate (or a push to talk key).
