When I stream my xbox one through OBS(I have an Avermedia C985) I get really choppy frames, even though it says its streaming it at 30fps.(Also tried on 60fps with the same result) It shows zero dropped frames. But I did notice when streaming at 60fps, OBS would only push 45. Any idea what is causing this?
