Question / Help Xbox One audio help

I have the game play easily visible through Obs using my Game Capture HD. However I do not know how to get the sound from the Xbox One on to the stream as well. I do not have the Game Capture hooked directly to my video card, as it is USB, so it is just in a normal port. I think it may have to do with setting the proper Desktop Audio Device. Currently it is set to Default which works fine since I stream a lot of PC games with music etc. Is there a way my stream can hear both xbox sound and computer sound? So I can basically play my Xbox but still here notifications/sounds from my PC going off in the stream as well. I hope this was clear, I am confused over here lol. Thanks.

Go to the properties of the device source, make sure the audio device on the left is set to "(Use device audio)", and make sure it's set to "output to stream only"
