Every time I go to stream my 360 through OBS,I'm using an Elgato for game capture, I have no in game audio. When I do get the audio it's horrible. It will take a twitch ad and keep repeating the audio over and over and it gets louder. Here is a video of what I mean.

This just happened all of a sudden. I've never changed any of my settings.

You have your stream open while streaming. You probably also have the elgato set to "output to desktop" rather than "output to stream". You definitely want it set to output to stream instead. You must have simply left the twitch window open on your desktop and it's capturing the desktop sound.
