Question / Help x64 OBS wont open..

For some reason only the x32 version opens up. this started out of nowhere one day... I tried uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling onto multiple drives and tried different builds of the software as well; I tried running as admin and even trying backwards comparability mode. My last attempt was repairing MS Visual Studio because someone on this forum said that worked, but no luck for me.

This is so odd, I have never seen anything like this in my career.

Also I want to mention that absolutely nothing happens when I try to launch the x64 bit version.

Sir, obs doesnt even open as a process so I cant even do that.

i can try it for the x32 version but im not sure what help that would do.

If the process isn't even showing up in the task manager, than something on your PC is blocking it from opening. I would point the finger at Antivirus/Security software first for something like that.

uninstalled malwarebytes, I never made any changes to my firewall or anything else. still no luck.
