In advance sorry. If this has been discussed many times before but here I am.

Hi!
I'm stream and record League of Legends, and are wondering what setting I should use.
I have a i5 4690k and a GTX 970. Therefore I am wondering, does someone have settings for me that would optimize my stream quality and recording quality?
