x264 encoding (stream and record) : Missed images (due to rendering delay)

Hi,

I decided to go back to the x264 way of encoding (I am too much trouble with Nvidia drivers that are not super stable). I did the setup but for some games, I am having missed images (due to rendering delay) and sometimes a fps drop. I don't see any sign of overcharged encoding, but I am wondering how I could resolve this.

My priority is the following:
- Ultra fluid with high quality stream (720p 60fps)
- Great recording quality video for Youtube (1080p 60 fps but it looks like I am not doing it correctly)

Here is my last OBS log: https://obsproject.com/logs/IHzTeL2YVCRwUPLZ

I am wondering if I am missing a tweak (and/or if the color format is the correct one, I stream video games only). I think for the "Recording" tab, using the exact same settings as the stream may be not the right option, but I am not sure what to choose. Should I use NVENC for this with CQP? If yes, how? Or something else?

In advance, thanks a lot for your help!
