Question / Help x264 CPU Preset for File Recording

Hi, I understand that it should never be changed from 'veryfast' for streaming, but what about file recording? I'm trying to replace shadowplay with OBS so I'm recording at 1080p, 60fps at 50k, trying to match it's quality. Also I have a 4770K.

Knowing this, what CPU preset do you recommend?

Edit: Also would it better use CBR or set a specific quality value?

OBS supports the NVENC encoder, you can use that alternatively. You probably should set it to High Performance mode for 1080p60 (unless you have a Maxwell chip, i.e. GTX 750 or 750 Ti, in which case you can safely use High Quality), and in my experience 20,000 is enough bitrate, no need for 50k.
