Question / Help X Capture 1 - trying to get 60fps

I'm trying to setup the x capture 1 to 60fps. In Video Keeper 2, it's native software i select 60fps but at the top it tells me its ranging between 30-32ish which is strange. When I get it into OBS I see it's resolution and below it's fps is set at 59.97 but the preview is definitely 30fps if not worse. Any suggestions?

Try a different USB 3.0 port maybe. ive used the Xcapture-1 and never heard of said issue. could you record a video to show what you mean? Btw, do recorded videos look like 60 fps?
