Hey guys I am getting so mad because I just cannot fix this problem. Pretty much I have tried every recording program out there including Open Broadcast Software and once I record with every single program it will just caps my Write File FPS at 26-30, while I can run 500 fps in counter strike global offensive while recording. This is not a problem with my specs I think it is an underlying problem but I cannot find out the fix.
Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA 980 SuperClocked
CPU: i7-4790k 4.4ghz
Monitor: Asus VG24QE 144hz 1ms Respones Time
Water Cooling: H90
Motherboard: Asus Maximous Hero VI
Accessories: Touch Screen LED Fan Controller
HD: 1TB 10,000 RPM SeaGate Barracuda
SSD: Samsung 256GB

Error Log: http://pastebin.com/H4nqGF1F

What program are you using to play it?

WARNING: Another hook is already present while trying to hook opengl32.dll, hook target is unknown. If you experience crashes, try disabling the other hooking application

disable steam's broadcasting and in-home streaming. dont think this will help but its worth a try. make sure you dont have any other programs trying to grab the gamecapture hook at the same time like Overwolf.

Code:

Other programs that do this are nVidia Experience, Overwolf and of course other streaming programs if they are running. pretty much anything that can place an overlay on the screen in front of the game or stream or capture the game. I've also heard that razer's Synapse can do this as well but not sure if it does. out of the additional ones I listed, I'd uninstall them if you dont use them, and if you do, disable the "function" that could be causing the issue.

In addition, enable the option in OBS to "disable previewing while encoding" and close any browsers while you stream. try to JUST have OBS and CS:GO..

Lastly, I would attempt to try window capture with the compatibility hook thingy. I cant recall what its called.
