Question / Help Would this make a decent dedicated streaming pc?

Hey guys, I've been looking at picking up a dedicated streaming pc/vm/Plex server. I was wondering if something like this would perform well at 720p/60fps highest quality possible

Your link is broken. May I suggest constructing a computer yourself from parts instead of buying one whole, even if off of ebay?

2 6-core Xeons, 24 GB of ram. This all seems to be a bit overkill for a pc that is going to be just streaming. If you intend on doing other stuff with it as well, like vms, then that's no problem of course.
I can't seem to find if there's any graphics card in that system, dedicated or integrated. You'll need one to start OBS.

I see I can plug that item number in to ebay and see the auction. Good value for the price, Westmere directly preceded Sandy Bridge, right? With 12 physical cores it should allow some nice encodes, even if the IPC isn't up to our latest standards, and the clockspeeds are low.

In addition to the problem ThoNohT mentioned, its going to be super loud. How are you going to separate the noise from that box from your microphone?
