I'm new to streaming but I know that a custom PC is better. that being said. I was looking for a Laptop Becasuse I'm on the move a lot and it would make sense for me to have something more portable. would this laptop stream well at 720 or even 1080p? 30 or 60 fps? Game I play include ps4:Fifa 15, Cod, Bf4 PC: HoN,LoL,Dayz,FF online Nintendo : Supersmash bros And others Also if you can recommend a capture card I would appreciate it

I dont think there is a laptop out there that I would recommend to stream anything over 720@30fps usings x264.
If using quicksync though, it can stream at higher resolutions (maybe 1080@30? or 720@60) but you typically need a lot more bitrate for quicksync when comparing the quality of x264. 1080@30 and 720@60 already uses twitch's max bitrate as it stands, which is 3500, so...
tl;dr don't expect the best or the highest quality stream from almost any laptop
capture cards you're pretty much restricted to USB, but get a USB 3.0 capture card and do some reasearch on them. Elegato and Avermedia are two popular brands, but a capture card is of course for capturing an external feed, not encoding so what I stated above still stands.
