Question / Help World of Tanks

I press record on OBS and I was recording a replay of World of Tanks I was watching and it barely had any frame rate drop. I pressed stop recording and nothing was wrong. So I open the video and the first few seconds are good but then all of a sudden it gets stuck on one frame for the rest of the video and with the normal (correct sound from the game) sound. This means it was stuck on one frame and the audio from the gameplay was still going. Can someone PLEASE give me a solution? Thank you. P.S. I am recording on game capture

Your CPU is also really old and really bad for recording with OBS. I recommend not trying to record or stream on that machine.
