Question / Help Wondering what bitrate i should stream at

I stream wow and league and sometimes some steam games like ark, my bitrate was at 1k and i did not realise and i just saw the quality on my stream on twitch when i watch it on the website on wow is all fussy, its fine for league cause its quite low quality, my upload says it is 6mbps which i know is really bad what bitrate can this upload handle i have no idea i have bumped it up to 1300 and im gonna try this later do you guys have any idea what bitrate and buffer bitrate i should set my stream too make it look the best for my upload stream
