Question / Help Windows Capture wont Capture image or black screen or frozen

Obs noob, attempting to do a windo capture in 32 or 64 bit obs, windows capture will either show a black screen, frozen image or wont show the image at all but will match the game in the background but not the window capture image. tried. uninstaling and reinstalling not working. also having an issue with clr browser plug in not working when trying to do it that way giving .dll error
