post a log from an active streaming/recording session that shows your issue so that we can help!
That said, if you're trying to capture a Google Chrome window, you may want to check if hardware acceleration is enabled. To check this:
- Open Google Chrome
- Open the Chrome menu
- Click Settings
- Scroll all the way down in the Settings page
- Click "Show advanced settings..."
- Scroll all the way down in the Settings page again
- Check the status of the option "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If it's checked, uncheck it, and try your Window Capture again.
If that's not the problem you're having, then please post a log, and we'll go from there.
