Question / Help Windows 10 Xbox App

Hi. I am new to streaming and obs. I have only successfully streamed league and now i am trying to stream destiny through the xbox app as i do not have a capture card. Is there a way to do this without using window capture because when i do that my fps drops to 20 and lower. Thank you in advance for any help.
