Windows 10, with an i7 4790k and GTX 970. Every time I use Monitor capture the start menu causes my entire PC to freeze, this means when I stream I am forced to use game capture and full screen which causes big lag tabbing out. Anyone else having their start menu freeze?

Post your obs log.

It's working today which is odd as I haven't changed anything.

Here is todays log where it worked

Why are you bumping? You already said its fixed :P

I've had the same issue a while back its from Nvidia updates(as in Geforce has a new update and updating through geforce experience), for me though I had to uninstall the latest driver, restart computer, install manually(downloading the installer from geforce/nvidia website) the latest driver / install it and then restart computer once again... then it works fine Monitor Capture pressing Start menu.

I don't have the latest driver yet when I check for updates in Nvidia GeForce Experience nothing happens. (Does it think my drivers are up to date?)

Currently I have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 745 Graphics device with a GeForce Windows 10 Driver, version 353.62. On the website when I did a search on Nvidia it says the most recent driver for GTX 750 is 364.47. I really don't know what I should do, trust Nvidia GeForce Experience or go ahead and uninstall my Nvidia Graphics Driver via Control panel and reinstall the newest one from their website. What if it's the wrong one and doesn't work, will I be able to revert to my old driver through Nvidia GeForce Experience?

Plued. Ideally you should make your own thread with a link to your logfile. I've heard a lot of bad things about the most recent drivers. most people say to uninstall with DDU then reinstall that driver.
