I was able to use my quicksync feature on my i7 2600 on windows 10 a few months back, i hooked up a second monitor to enable the integrated graphic card, i was able to select the encoder in OBS, and everything was running fine and smoothly on windows 10. A few patches and updates later, i am now unable to use my quick sync even though the integrated gpu is enabled and in my device manager ... help :(
