Did you upgrade from Win 7/8/8.1 ?

If so go into the OBS Audio Settings (File>Settings>Audio) and make sure that your Desktop & Mic Audio Device are still the right ones. (Might wanna set them to Disable and then select the right one or Default).

I got it to work had to update some stuff, but I am getting clicking/popping in my audio. I checked with latenmon and it has it's bad. I think it's a driver causing it but i'm not sure. I have my gfx, and all the windows 10 updates updated as well as my interface, idk what's causing it

Wait for your audio interface (soundcard) manufacturer to release new drivers for windows 10 (may never happen, i have the same problem). Or wait until microsoft changes it. Latency monitor is a nice tool, but if you use your audio interface without the ASIO driver, it should work fine (because latency doesnt matter there and the WDM driver should work just fine).
