Windows 10 couldn't detect OBS Virtual Camera

Windows coudn't detect OBS Virtual Camera on my device. No new devices are shown in the 'cameras' category of the device manager (as shown in the picture). The log doesn't seem to show anything wrong though. I tried using the 'scan for hardware changes' feature in the device manager and re-installing OBS entirely, but neither way solved the problem. Could I do anything to re-install the virtual camera itself?

I also tried running virtualcam-uninstall.bat then virtualcam-install.bat (both as admin) but still made no difference.

The virtual camera is not a real camera and will not be listed as a physical device in device manager.
