Question / Help Windows 10 Build 1511 Update No Signal

Hello,

I have the HD60 Pro. It has worked fine and great. I had to wipe my PC due to getting a virus and updated to Windows 10 Pro build 1511. At this point the capture card stop working and will always display "No Signal".

This is very weird due to the fact I have a original capture card and when I plug this is it works fine, but the HD60 Pro will not find anything.

The message I get in the software.

As you can see it is the newest version available.

Any help would be great since I am stumped and have no idea how to fix this.

Thx,
Zach

If it cannot be detected in the elgato software then you will need to go to elgato support to address this issue.

Personally it is more than likely something with the driver so i would start there. might need to uninstall and remove the driver in device manager, then reinstall the elgato software all together.

I have tried that a few times. It will work, but once i reboot the PC it goes back to "No Signal"

sounds like you need to turn off audio driver updates in windows 10 and try it again. otherwise, contact elgato support. I'm sure they know the process well
