Question / Help Window capturing SubAlerts isn't updating

The program SubAlerts that shows up follower alerts, donation alerts and subscriber alerts doesn't update when using window capture. If I try using monitor capture and region capture it, it just lags obs and causes frame drops.

OBS captures the first instance of the program, such as the color and then lets me chroma key it, but it doesn't update it the program image if something pops up in it.

I've tried running the programs on the same graphics cards multiple times (I have a laptop). Just the program isn't a black screen, rather not updating it. I used just the dedicated then the integrated graphics, nothing.

Tried running the program as administrator, didn't work.

But get this, if I run the program in testing mode before actually starting it up, it works. But while it actually is started up, it doesn't update.

Okay, I'm guessing that subalerts must use flash or something like that. Try disabling flash hardware acceleration in flash settings and see if that helps at all. (If it's flash, at least)
