This topic is related to first topic I posted, but I had requested that topic get locked because I needed the title to be more specific after some more troubleshooting. You guys should allow users to be able to edit their thread topic titles. Either way.
I shared this video of a problem I've been experiencing while trying to use the Window Capture feature.
But as it turns out, this problem isn't isolated with just Chrome. I've experienced this same problem when trying to stream Firefox and Windows Explorer.
Like I said in this video, while this appears to be an issue with poorly using the Sub Region. I'll state clearly that the sub region is not even being used in this example. This is what displays when I try to capture the entire window. It feels like only a fraction of the window gets displayed, while the mouse isn't exactly where it appears to be.
This is a problem that is now making my public streams impossible, and I am an active streamer.
Any answers or solution to this problem would be great.

I guess I'll share as much details as I can since I've noticed in other topics that you guys seem to find it more easier to help people if you know as much details as possible.
- I never had this problem before upgrading to Windows 10.
- I have streamed fine without this problem with both Windows 7 and Windows 8.
- My processor is an AMD FX 6300 3.5Ghz at 6 cores
- I got 8 gigs of ram.
- My graphics card is built into the motherboard, it is an ATI Radeon 3000
