Question / Help window capture question

I am looking to use TwitchAlerts, but I only have one monitor. With TwitchAlerts you have to have a window capture section, however anything that goes over that area shows up in the window capture, even if what I have chosen is in its own window. So the problem is if I was to use this, the game itself would over lap in the window capture section making it so no one would see what I want them to see.

Is there a way around this other than buying a second monitor?

This problem comes up when Windows Aero is disabled. If you're currently playing the game in fullscreen and using Game Capture, try instead playing it in Fullscreen Windowed and using a Window capture, keeping Aero enabled.

How do you keep Aero enabled while OBS is running? For me it automatically disables it.
