Question / Help Window Capture not working correctly

Hey forum, I've run into a bit of a predicament.
I use OBS primarily for art and I've started (re)using Paint Tool SAi for the sake of pixel related art seeing how it's simpler to stream pixels there than with Photoshop considering that Photoshop and OBS don't get along very well.

Needless to say, my sai window captures looks to be something like this https://gyazo.com/b328d7c6161147773683759391de069b

EDIT: Here's another screen with the window capture shrunk so that it's not confused for me mistakenly not resizing the window. https://gyazo.com/abef2d8a71299381fc8ec93cf4820ddf

I'm not understanding as to why it's doing this in the slightest. I've trying messing around with my video settings to fix it but nothing as been working so far. That and I've tried making it into a global source and still nothing. I know that before I shifted to Clip Studio Paint, I've never had this issue with Sai once so I honestly am stumped.

If anyone has any sort of solution it would be greatly appreciated really. Thanks in advanced

It's been two days and I've yet to receive any form of help on this issue.
This it really starting to become an annoyance to me considering that I love OBS and how simple it is to use and whatnot. But to have an issue that's never presented itself to me before and having no assistance on it is really annoying.

If it helps, the computer I have is an Asus ROG GL551 Gaming Laptop with both a Nvidia Getforce GTX 960m and Intel(R) HD 4600 graphics cards. Intel Core i7-4720HQ 2,6 Ghz Processor and 16gb DDR3 Ram

I got this computer September 25th of 2015 and it completely outclasses my old laptop.
I don't know if the issue lies with the fact that they're are two graphics cards, I don't know if it's because paint tool sai is old or something. I don't know if the issue is because of OBS as a whole. I've even reinstalled OBS and the issue persists. I've gone through the Nvidia Control Panel to try and fix it, and I've got nothing nor do I know much about the nvidia control panel due to the fact that I'm afraid I'm going to screw something up without proper guidance.

Again if anyone has a solution or anything that may help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again in advance.

Post a logfile from a streaming session; we need that more than screenshots.
Normally that happens when DPI scaling is enabled in Windows; it needs to be fully turned off. Alternately, you might try cropping the source with ALT to remove the dead space, then scaling it up further. We'd need to see the log to be able to really tell if there's anything obviously out of line with the OBS settings that could be causing a problem.
I'm also curious about the bit of pixel-garbage around the right and bottom edges of the second screenshot; it almost looks like a Monitor Capture being cropped down or something. Again, would need to see the logs.

Yep, the OBS forums are fully community/volunteer based; the OBS project has contributors, not really staff. It's not a commercial venture. So you can frankly be annoyed as you like. There's no supervisor to speak with, or guarantee of support (even if it usually happens) much less within a specific timeframe. If anything, getting snippy tends to get threads ignored because no one wants to (or has to) deal with the person.
Just pointing that out in case the wrong impression was being held. We're normally quite happy to assist. :)

Thank you so much for the reply. It's true I might of come off a bit hard but it was really getting to me. I also never knew that OBS even had alt cropping as it's just something I learned through Xsplit only hours ago before leaving for work.
As for DPI scaling, I feel like I've heard that before when I was having issues with something else, I believe it was with Undertale when it that too wasn't getting captured correctly. Although I have no idea how to get to that. I'll look it up soon

As for the pixel garbage, I'm not sure what's causing that to be honest. Once I figure out where and how to get a logfile, I'll try to send something right away

Thanks again for the reply, it really put an ease to my mind now that I have more an understanding of what might be the issue

Cheers. Can understand the frustration at times.
Logfiles are available in the Help menu; can just Upload one and paste the link here. :)

Yeah, as far as DPI scaling it has to be disabled at the Windows level, not just for OBS.
