Question / Help Window Capture not detecting Window

Hi there,
I'm trying to window capture my google chrome window using obs, but it seems to not detect the window is there? Sometimes it does but then kinda forgets its there after a while....
Would anyone be able to help?

and btw, window or game captures hate resizing. it confuses OBS a little
