Question / Help Window capture issue with LiveSplit and Hauppauge Capture

I'm currently experiencing a problem with OBS that I've never had before, basically I'm getting a conflict between window captures whenever I have both my HD PVR software and LiveSplit open at the same time. If I window capture and only have just one of them open, it works fine, however when both are open what happens is instead of displaying the Hauppauge Capture program OBS picks a small fixed area of my desktop instead, but if I drag LiveSplit around it starts to move the area being displayed. The LiveSplit capture also has issues too, if I open it after OBS then both window captures will decide to show part of the Hauppauge window instead. It is acting almost like OBS cannot tell the two program apart when they are both open.

This is occurring on both the 32 and 64 bit version of the software when running with Aero disabled (which I have to do, as OBS will not capture the Hauppauge Capture window with aero enabled), I've done full uninstalls and reinstalls of all the related software, reboots etc. and I get no error messages or anything of the sort. I do however notice that if I have both of these regions active at once my PC fans and CPU useage start to spike up a fair bit, and also if one of the two programs is closed I no longer get the "window not found" message or whatever that normally displays in the bottom left. And as I said, I've not had this issue at all up until today (nor can I think of anything I specifically changed). Also worth noting I tried the Multiplatform OBS and it does not have this issue, although as that won't capture the actual game video feed from the Hauppauge Capture software I cannot use that anyway.

Here is the log file, please note the stream settings probably are all wrong as I had just reinstalled at that point:

I also uploaded two screenshots of the issue:

The first one shows what happens to the Hauppauge Capture region with LiveSplit open at the same time, the second shows the Hauppauge Capture region working fine when LiveSplit is closed (but the LS region displaying part of the capture software instead).

Do you really need both up? this is weird and tbh I can see your CPU time is a bit high which is understandable since its similar to having multiple programs trying to capture the same window,

For streaming speedruns, yes, I need LiveSplit for timing and the capture software is the only way to get the HD PVR into OBS.
