Question / Help Window capture gives my recording 1-3 FPS, tested bitrate from 64-3000, does not change

So title says it all, i would like to stream in window capture, but it drops down to 1-3 fps, ingame i have about 140-160 fps

i really need help, i have no clue what's causing this, also, "game capture" is completely black
