Question / Help "Window Capture" gives Black Boxes | Windows 10

"Monitor Capture" and "Game Capture" work fine, but for whatever reason, "Window Capture" gives me a black box.
I've tried "Window Capture" on Google Chrome and the Windows 10 built-in Countdown Timer, and both return black boxes.
I've set both 32-bit and 64-bit OBS applications to run as Admin and to run in Compatibility Mode under Windows 7, but I get the same results. I've searched the results on Google and nothing different comes up.
I have one Graphics Adapter, so I'm pretty sure that all of the apps and OBS itself are on the same card, so that shouldn't be an issue.
I tried using "Window Capture" on a game, and it displayed Google Chrome.
I've recorded a sample of my issue, and maybe you guys can use it to further diagnose my problem.
 
Chrome needs acceleration disabled to capture now.
Compatibility mode for windows 7 does absolutely nothing.

The built in countdown timer is a metro app and can't be window captured yet.
 
Chrome shows up now(Thanks you!). Why would hardware acceleration make a difference?

So in theory, a third-party countdown timer would show up on OBS?
Also curious, though not important, but why would Chrome show up if I told OBS to load the full-screen game?
 
All Problems Solved! Apparently, I'm just stupid with OBS and chose to run to the experts after two petty issues. Thanks for the help!
