Question / Help Window Capture Doesn't work

I am trying to use the Window Capture and when I set everything up. I can only see the Windows that are open. The rest of the page is just white. Please Help!!

Sounds like its working as intended? Try monitor capture to capture the entire monitor and not just the window that is active.
