Question / Help Window Capture blank, Windows 8

Hi there! I decided that it would be nice to have my Twitch Chat on stream so viewers could see the time that I receive their messages because of the new Twitch delay as well as so that people watching my playthroughs on Youtube could see whom I respond to throughout the gameplay. Unfortunately I've been unable to capture the popped out Twitch Chat. Nothing I do seems to make it work. Any help would be appreciated!

I am running a dual monitor set-up off of a laptop with an Nvidia graphics card on Windows 8.
