I'm sure this may have been posted a million times, but I cannot find any information that actually solves my issue. I just got my 3DS back with a capture card installed, http://3dscapture.com, and any time I try to actually capture each individual window, it just captures a frozen frame, and sometimes different windows if it were overlayed when I previewed the stream. I get sound and everything, but just a frozen screen for video for both the top and bottom window. I'm currently on Windows 8.1. Even stranger is that my friend has a Windows 8.1 computer, and identical setting to me, but his captures perfectly fine. Really hope I can get this issue resolved soon. Thanks in advance!
