Question / Help Will this rig be able to record 1080p 60fps?

I want to be able to record most games at 1080p 60fps I have all parts but the GPU and I cannot decide on a GPU. Becuase I would like to record 1080 60fps or 720p 60fps at the minimum.

I7 4790k
GTX 970 or 980 ti
2 hard drives
16gb RAM

Games I'm looking to Record are
CSGO
Warface
The Culling
H1Z1
and others alike.

It will definetly work with the 970.
The 980Ti is needed only if you want to push newest games with maxed out settings to 60FPS, older or early access games will run great with the 970 even at high settings.
