Question / Help Will my second comp work as a starting stream comp

hey guys, on my main comp im streaming atm but having a bit problem since i only having an i5 and i want to stream csgo.

so i was thinking if i would get a capture card on my other comp would that maby make me stream better on 720p and play csgo?

memory: corsair 16gb ( 2x8192mb)cl10 1600mhz vengeance lp
: 1tb samsung spinpoint f3 sata-2 7200rpm 32mb
: corsair ssd force 3series 120gb
gpu: 2x xfx hd6950 hyper 212plus cpu cooler amd/intel
CD/DVD: nått skrot bara
motherboard: mk msi p67a-gd55socket 1155 p67 atx b3
Nätdel: ocz 700w sxs2
Chassi: fractal design define r3
cooler master hyper 212plus cpu cooler amd/intel

i have streamen diablo on that comp but maby its to bad?

Are those the specs of your second PC I assume? Then yea, I use an i5-2500k myself as the streaming box at the moment. 720p streaming is no problem, but at the normal very fast preset. 1080p recording at ultrafast also works fine and it has quicksync which can be used too, for recording at least.
Make sure to get an internal capture card (will give you less problems), for example from Avermedia.
