Question / Help Will it work?

I bought an HD capture card, one that only captures. I’m planning on using an HDMI splitter (so I can be able to stream via OBS) to hook it up to the TV and PC, but the connection to the PC will be Hdmi to Usb, will this work? I’m wondering if OBS will recognize it.

As long as you don't have any issues with HDCP, it should work.
