Question / Help Will I Be Able To Stream CS:GO?

I've attached my specs, Will i be able to play and stream CS:GO with atleast good quality and excellent performance. I cant stream Modern Warfare 3 or Dota 2.

So your options are either good quality, mediocre performance OR mediocre quality with good performance.

I would recommend less than 616p downscale and 30fps with at least 2000 bitrate. you should honestly just try and stream something then post your logfile from the help menu. then copy the link and paste the link here. This will give us the best idea if you can stream or not with CS:GO.

uninstall razer synapse
lower webcam resolution to 480p as well (since you really don't need greater than that)
change scene buffering to 700ms
disable preview in OBS (it can lag things sometimes) right click on the preview window, click preview in the dropdown, then uncheck "enable view" in that submenu.
 
my video recording quality in my webcams software settings only has 3 options under quick capture -- standard (small file size), high quality (medium file size) and lossless (large filesize). do i set it to standard?

EDIT: i went to quick capture mode controls and changed it to 480p.

I uninstalled razer synapse but i still have razer surround and razer core installed. should i uninstall those too?
