Question / Help Wierd Issues OBS doesn't save on close

Hello OBS users so I don't know if it's just me or if this happens to everyone but when I add a scene and I get it all set up; If I stop the stream and/or close the program, when I reopen it the scene is not there and little fixes I have done have been reverted (Changing chat size)

If someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it!

Just to clarify: Scenes are there, but text seems and otherwise different things have changed?

Go to your configuration folder.
%appdata%/OBS

Is global.ini there?
Are there any profile in the profile folder?
Do you also see a scenes.xconfig in the OBS folder?

Scenes and sources are in the scenes.xconfig file.
If those aren't missing, I don't see why it shouldn't be working.

Looking in the scenes.xconfig I've come to realize that the scene I created is not in there...What do I do? There seems to be an issue with saving, and scenes.xconfig not being updated.

Okay, so now we both know why it isn't working.
I would just suggest reporting the bug, so it can get fixed in the next update.

Right click the scenes.xconfig file and go to Properties. Make sure the Read Only box is not checked.
