Hi,
Soo i have been streaming for quite a bit with no problems up till V0.60 Beta.
While playing league ( maybe any another high CPU hungry games) i notic a fps drop form 60 to 40 or even 20 and at costant rate as well.
So i tried few things. Bios reset. Reinstalling OBS. Reinstalling windows 7. Reinstalling older version of OBS.
And it came the same results.
Also the logs arent telling THAT much, but i give it anyways :

I did find some threads about same accouring problem, but i have no concreet answer or any solution.
Specs:
CPU: FX 8320 (OC to 4.4, but i will turn it back to 3.5 and see the results.)
GPU: GT 640

IF anyone have a high CPU spikes. Lower overclock.... Urgh im stupid lol.
