Question / Help Why no OBS for Younow?

I broadcast on the Younow website. I've seen other broadcast software being used there (xsplit & manycam).

Is there a specific reason those programs can be used and not OBS?

Could someone check it out?

Use the "Custom" streaming service and enter the information there.

sapiens, could you maybe go into details on how this is done? when i press the button to go live, younow asks to select a camera, all see is xsplit or my normal camera, i dont see obs as an option.

OBS is used for streaming to an RTMP server. Younow wants to use a Directshow device on your computer. OBS does not output to a directshow device, so you can't use it as a webcam.

Dxtory can emulate a webcam device so you could use that to feed it to that website.
