Question / Help Why my OBS cant recognize the AMD card

I have already used High performance mode.But the OBS still cant recognize it.
So when I capture the game source,it displays the black screen.

p.s. laptop win8.1 64bit

You can't, you can only use OBS with window capture (compatibility mode check in it's settings) and running games in windowed or borderless fullscreen.

This recognized my R200 Card when i changed to Windows 10, on Windows 7 i got the same problem.
But even is not showing AMD card, if you choose on switchable graphics option , OBS in Performance mode, is ok.
