Hi
I would first like to thank you for your time.
Now, I recently got a gaming desktop and a monitor that is 1920x1080.
I wanted to record for YouTube.
I went into settings and made sure it was that resolution too, so I could make sure it would be 1080p in my videos.
So I wanted to start recording with OBS, and this is where the problem occurs.
I went to my "Video" tab and changed the quality to 1920x1080.
I then made a test video. The game play was really smooth and there were no issues there.
So I rewatched my test video, and the quality was about 720p from an estimate. It did not look 1080p.
I went through the settings and tried changing them, looked through videos on YouTube, but in the end it still did not work.
I am coming to you for your advice/help because this is really becoming an issue.
Sincerely,
Ryan
