why dont i have as much filter as the next guy?

hello, i was going to make an image bob up and down but didn't know how, so i looked up for tutorials, i found this you tube video that said u just need to use filters, but when i checked my filter options, my options are approximately half the sum

how do i get more filter options?

The YouTube video is describing the use of the Move Transition Plugin.

If you're using OBS version 27, you need to download version 2.6.1 or lower. Download Plugin for OBS Studio to move sources to a new position during scene transition If the 2 scenes contain a source with similar name (configured with settings)...
