Question / Help Why does OBS crash my Minecraft!

Hi I have been using OBS for a while now with no issues and just recently got my new laptop so I have set everything back up on my laptop including OBS. It was working perfectly for the last week, recording my monitor, Minecraft and CS:GO (Counter Strike Global Offensive).
This morning I launched Minecraft and OBS ready to record and after I was ready I hit my start recording hotkey (F9) and then my Minecraft crashed and popped up with a crash report (Image Linked)
I've tried tweaking settings but couldn't get anything to work. It only crashes in Game Capture mode but I don't like to record in any other mode because it doesn't look good!
I've tried un-installing & re-installing Minecraft & OBS and also Java, but OBS still crashes Minecraft.

This is very annoying and I'm unsure why this is happenening, if anyone knows how to fix this please, please, please can you help me cause I really want to continue to use OBS for Minecraft cause it is what I am used to using and I'm dying on the inside!! :D
