Question / Help why does my obs stop after awhile of streaming?

today i uninstalled obs then i downloaded it again, i tried to fix my settings and all that i needed to fix but after awhile it did the same thing shut down on me this is what i have pc wise

3.1 GHz Core i7 Processor
8GB DDR3 RAM
1TB HDD
Windows 8
Intel HD Graphics 4600

i also use an elgatogaming capture HD to stream with i mean im not sure of what settings i need but i just want it to stop dying on me ha please help and thank you

well yea when i styream i never set hotkeys at all and oh ok ill check that ill run it again to see if it stops on me then ill check the log and post here
