Question / Help Why do my videos end up looking like this?

This is completely raw footage not rendered through anything just uploaded straight from obs, it doesn't look like this when I record it. I will post below a video example and my log settings. If there is anything I can do to help you find out more about my problem let me know! It just always looks muddy and badly colored. Thanks in advance!

Uploading a video to youtube will change its appearance as youtube re-encodes anything you upload to it. But the 1080p version looks just fine, so I am not sure what your exact problem is:
