Question / Help Why do I have this random black line?

I'm using a BMI set to 1280x720 with a 16:9 aspect ratio, both the BMI and OBS are set to this.

Only issue is when I add my BMI as a source I find this random black line at the bottom: http://imgur.com/LlKbq1n

I have tried to resize but apparently that is fit to screen, I'm honestly at a loss as to what it is and what is causing it. I have double checked and it is not visible on my game monitor.
 
right-click the source -> position/size -> fit to screen

Otherwise it's probably that the input to your computer isn't actually perfectly in the resolution you're using.
 
I did fit to screen and according to OBS it is.

I have set my Xbox to 720p and that is what I am using, so I don't think that is the issue.
